You know those vivid memories that always stick with you? The ones that shape you into the person that you end up becoming?

One of mine was about 16 years ago, around the time I discovered yoga & meditation. I told my guidance counsellor that I wanted to help people feel good about themselves & understand themselves better but what that looked like, I did not know. So I ended up becoming a teacher, living in some exciting places & getting to support tonnes of other teachers in the process.

Coaching was a huge part of my teaching journey, not only supporting the children in my care but also the staff. From the moment I took The Power of Coaching course, back in 2015, I was hooked.

Fast forward to 2019 & my body had well and truly given up. A 7 year diagnosis journey ended with a diagnosis of fibromyalgia & hyper mobility. My physical & mental health had taken a battering, so it was time for a change.

Whilst on sick leave, after some seriously deep healing using the tools I share today, I trained to be a meditation teacher, a life coach & later a yoga teacher.

Turns out it was this that 16 year old me had meant when she said she wanted to help people.
